Adjectives can be categorized as demonstrative, interrogative, possessive, quantitative, or qualitative.

Demonstrative adjectives indicate which noun is being referred to, such as "this," "that," "these," and "those."

Interrogative adjectives are used to ask questions, such as "which," "what," and "whose."

Possessive adjectives show possession, such as "my," "your," "his," "her," "its," "our," and "their."

Quantitative adjectives indicate the amount of something, such as "many," "few," "some," and "several."

Qualitative adjectives describe the qualities of a noun, such as "happy," "sad," "tall," "short," etc.

Adjectives can be compared using the comparative and superlative forms. The comparative form is used to compare two things, while the superlative form is used to compare three or more things.

Comparative adjectives are formed by adding "-er" to the end of the adjective or by using "more" before the adjective. For example, "bigger" or "more beautiful."

Superlative adjectives are formed by adding "-est" to the end of the adjective or by using "most" before the adjective. For example, "biggest" or "most beautiful."
